Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.
YUE Acupuncture Clinic may offer certain products for sale from our website. These are typically TCM related products such as Herbal Teas, Gua sha products, Herbal ointments, and Herbal granules.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.
If we enable online appointment booking, the following services are available on our website:
- Acupuncture,
- Chinese Herbal Medicine,
- Consultation,
- Gua Sha,
- Fu's Subcutaneous Needling,
- Plum Blossom Needling,
- Bloodletting, and
- Gua sha.
The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Refund policies
We give refunds in according to your rights, i.e. where goods are not satisfactory quality, not for the purpose or not as described.
In other cases we will consider an exchange, a credit note, or repair
Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if:
- You have simply changed your mind
- You have damaged the goods after you have bought them
- You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods
Herbal Mixture and Acupuncture Treatment
Please be advised that all herbal prescriptions to your requirements sold after consultation with our staff are non-returnable and non-refundable, without affecting your statutory rights.
Please be advised that, unless there is a fundamental fault with the treatment, all customers leaving the treatment before the end of the course of treatment will be charged through to the end of the agreed treatments, in which case there would be no refund.
Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
The course of treatment paid is only valid for six months from the date of the payment.
Herbal products
Please be advised that all herbal products sold can only be returned or refunded in its original and unused condition within seven days of purchase.
For purchase made by debit/credit card, the same card must be used to process the refund.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
